How to Create Business Cards in Word

When creating a business card, you can use the features of Word to insert images and text. Firstly, you will need to make a table in Word. To do this, open a new document and change the margins to be.25 inches. Once you have done this, click on the Insert tab and select the Table icon. A grid will appear underneath the table, and you can define the number of columns and rows to place your image.

Once you’ve installed Word, search for business card templates online. You may have to download Word first. After you’ve downloaded a template, take the time to look it over and decide which style best fits your business. Make sure that you use the latest version of Word when choosing a template. Make sure you choose a template that’s compatible with the current version of Word because older versions of Word may contain deprecated elements.

Next, insert an image. You can use an image from your computer by clicking the Insert> Pictures button on your Word program’s ribbon. Once you’ve uploaded your image, you can copy and paste it into the rest of the table cells. If you’d like to print the same card on both sides, you’ll need to download a new page of templates and enter information for both sides. You’ll need to change the size of the image so that it fits properly.
